Location was near to prime area . Property and rooms were neat and clean and morning breakfast was good. Good for family stay .

Location - access to all commercial and touring places. Premises neatly maintained Room, bedding, towels and toilets spic and span👍. Quick chk in , chk out... Everytime I stay here it's more impressive - especially cleanliness and comfortable stay!!

Clean and good service. Well behaved staff. Well connected. Good food. Nearest to good restaurants.

Worst service.. no proper food.. no service support and quality of food is very bad .. no proper menu in breakfast buffet

Rooms were clean, staff r good, daily. House keeping, food I don't know, amenities r good, good location, near bus stand etc etc

Location is good , but i feel food is little expensive . Room is good and staff behaviour is also good

Room comfortness is worth the cost. But food both on complimentary and paid basis is not up to the mark and requires improvement in quality and taste

we stayed for one night and it was good: everything is clean and works great! we did not test the breakfast but they have restaurant all Day long until 11pm its nice

Room service was not upto the mark. The food was okay okay.

Staff is worst and no mineral water at room ,over all is very worst experience,towel and bed sheet not changed

The prince gardens hotel, coimbatore, though a 3 star rated hotel, does not match upto this standard. The rate too is high for this standard. The hot water in the bathroom,, though supposed to be running 24 hours, does not live upto it. We had to waste 5 buckets of water, before it gets a bit hot. Not a standard to be talked about. The staff were friendly. Room service was good. The location, is a bit crowded area, but with eateries very near and other markets about a km away. All in all a ok place to stay but the rate and star rating do not match.

Rooms were clean. They gave me early check in at 7. 00 am with charges. Complimentary breakfast was good. The only drawback is the coordination between front desk staff is poor and must improve in room service.

No helping to take.luggages. had to call multiple time to reception for even a coffe order. as kitchen number will always be busy.. also more dust found in room. I went with my baby and was really worried to stay. wash rooms are just ok and not too clean. beds are made with the spring and creating back pain..

Location is a conjusted area. Lots of traffic to reach there. Property photo shows parking area. But when i reached. They said parking is full and ask me to park on roadside, wherever space is available. Average quality room.

Food quality is very bad, too much mosquitoes and the representative at reception is not providing mosquito repellent as well in the reception area. Hotel amenities are not worth the money paid.

The electrical plug connected with warm water cattle is not working. The beds are old, the bathroom door needs to be repaired.

They can improve cleanliness

Overall my stay was very good when i changed my room from comfort king size to grand size. Previous one slightly smaller one to adjust 2 adults and one kid. Room was clean and well maintained staff was very helping never tried the hotel restaurant as just opposite to the hotel there was another restaurant - anand which had real good food.

Overall hotel location good. But bad size not standard. Price little bit high as per hotel norm. Service is good.
