Good clean property with nice views and ventilation

Very enjoyed staying in crystal lake apartment. They are family friendly. Breakfast is compliment its really good and most importantly lake view dining is awesome. Overall good anyone can blindly go for it.

It was nice and feel very comfortable and safe also the room was very clean even bathroom also. Breakfast was very tasty.

Stayed with the family for two nights, 30&31 Jan, 2025. Wonder what kind of service apartment this property is. The property does not even provide facilities for making coffee or tea. Nor do they provide tea on payment from their kitchen. Request for a tooth brush was declined even on payment. They refused to send someone to get a brush.

Based on reviews, i booked the hotel but the experience was very bad. I had booked 3 rooms with 1 room facing lake view. But they didn't allot lake view room. We were 6 adults and one child. The apartment they allotted with 3 rooms had small cockroaches inside every room. The flush tank of toilet in one room was not working. The kitchen was the worst part of all, stains of syrup, soup, sugar spilled over the platform including kitchen sink. Kitchen sink was not all clean with oil stains covering the whole sink. As we had come around 11 pm to the hotel, there was no scope of changing the hotel as well with senior citizens. We had to live with this terrible experience.

Quiet locality no disturbance of town, quick reachable, good to enjoy the beauty of the lake, breakfast is good food, below average people don't board, good standard people come.

The hotel was clean and neat, the staff were very friendly, and the location was also quiet and calm. The food service was super and food was very tasty. I'm very happy to visit this place

Property is located at good location. Peacefull environment. Ample amount of parking is available. Property has lift facility for convenience. Breakfast is only provided. For lunch and dinner you may order food online or visit nearby eateries within 2-3. Room cleanliness requires improvement.
