After my stay I wonder how they happened to have this good rating and review comments.Its a below average stay with not even basic things like handwash, or any toiletries. Room we chose had a water gyeser but they disabled the switch in room so every time we needed hot water we had to contact the facility contact person and get it turned on for some time and then again they would turn it off. The rooms are not cleaned once you check in - no waste bin / waste collection until you insit ... Felt more like a poorly managed hostel and less of homestay

Language is the biggest barrier and caretaker was not able to communicate other than their regional language. Overall the apartment was good, toiletries provided were not upto the mark and washroom had leakages in flush tank and shower was filled with lime scale and not working.

Great experience in staying at the Nandanam Homestay. Very smooth check in . Staffs were courteous and room was very clean. Amenities provided as promised. Very good experience and near to Airport

Check in was swift. But saw lot of terms and conditions on hotel leaflet like you have to keep room clean and pay additional for house keeping etc. In this proce it should be free

It's good location and excellent owner didn't have any problem with anything like cab, food or ect.

I truly enjoyed my stay at nandan homes, the facility was clean and the locality was very quite. The host was very cooperative and made us feel very comfortable.
