The rooms and food are average.. morning breakfast as well as restaurant service is not at all good..

Stayed there just for one night on business. The location was good, the room above average and breakfast spread was sumptuous. The staff were courteous and helpful. The one issue that was a bit irksome was that guests were not allowed to visit us in the room

The stay was okayish. The rooms were decent and the location was calm but central too. There were some hygiene factors such as - I found a cockroach in the room. But my stay was only for the night , which was more or less peaceful

staff is not good reception staff but one staff and manager is superb The hotel is nice and to get atmosphere chill

Had an unfortunate 1 night stay at the hotel. The room was reasonably clean however the washroom was leaking water all over. Be ready for a lecture during check in . The manager wants you to know that there will be a fine of 2000 if any evidence of smoking are found in the room ( exact words), however they keep repeating that you can smoke in the bar which is where they want you to go. Lecture continued on a variety of topics which included on not bringing outsiders into the room and so forth. Once inside the characterless room they have a sticker pasted on the mirror mentioning the same rules. There is an ac which I was unable to control with the remote. During checkout please be ready for a delay while a staff goes to your room to check if you have taken any of their stuff.

Washroom shower was not working and spilling all over the bathroom. Many insects and cockroaches around the room. It happened to change the rooms for 3 times. Location was good and parking facility was also good. The staff behaviour was rude once, then made a complaint, floor manager was not available at any time

I booked my stay at this hotel based on the positive reviews, but my experience was very disappointing. At check-in, we had to wait quite a while and received no proper response from the receptionist. The room provided was poorly maintained, with visible water leakage on the walls. When we ordered vegetarian food, we were mistakenly served chicken biryani. Even after pointing out the issue, there was no proper response from the restaurant staff, and I had to personally go to the reception to raise the complaint. The restaurant staff also struggled to understand our order. The menu had very limited options, and to our surprise, even basic vegetarian dishes like paneer were unavailable. As vegetarians, we found it extremely difficult to find suitable food options. Overall, it was a disappointing stay, and the experience did not match the high ratings that influenced our booking.

The stay was pleasant. The rooms are good, maintained well. The food is delicious at an affordable price. The staff are friendly, offering good service. It is a nice experience.

very pleased with the stay... offers more than expected for the price and the staff especially Mr. Rudhresh was always helpful when needed... comfy beds clean bathroom and decent hot water. will come back here again

It doesn't have a working phone at nights, ac was very old system and room is not clean , I have seen few dead cockroach

Staff was not co operative. Delayed response from their end . Wash basin was chocked , bathroom was not cleaned properly.

Room was average they have allocated old room for me not well maintained . They don’t have an interconnection phone for room service and all.

Location of hotel is ok.Behaviour and service of the hotel staff is worst.All service staffs are guys.Worst behaviour and service.Non smoking rooms,but lot of smoke smell inside room.

They not allowing us to smoke inside the room . We are non smoked people but outside the room was smoking smell was occurs , unable to go from the room during night.
