Pleasant stay
The deluxe rooms are good, neat and spacious. Bathrooms are also clean. We stayed for 4 nights. And the staff cleans the room every day. Front desk staff are courteous. Good amenities in room only suggestion to have a bit better towel.

Stayed for my wife delivery in km-ch

It was a comfortable stay at the castello residency. Rooms are clean. Staff is polite and understanding. All the good veg and nonveg joints are at a walking distance and most important it's just opposite to km-ch which is most important.

Price doesn't justify the facilities provided!
*overcharged room price. *very poor network connection inside the hotel, not even 3g signal properly getting. *worst part, the wifi. Extremely slow. *bath towels were very old. The white towels turned yellow. It's time to replace those with new one. *there were no intercom facility in room. So for any requirement every time you have to come down to reception. There were no food menu kept for to check out. Overall they charge premium price and doesn't give any basic needs!

Second water bottle should not be charged
familyLocation and room was fine. But we did not get hot water for bath in morning at 6. 15 am. Only one water bottle as complimentary not enough for two persons no restaurent within hotel. For food, one has to visiting neighbouring restaurent

Stay was okay that’s all
Not worth for 3700, just an average room, there was no one to carry the luggage and all, one boy just came to show the room, he was just walking like a king, no help to carry the luggage

Good quality rooms
3days stay. Spacious rooms with all amenities as claimed. Good room service. Good number of eateries nearby with good food. Pleasant staff behaviour 🙂

Good stay
We stayed with family for a day at this property we found the rooms bathrooms clean and neatly maintained. Had all the amenities like kettle, tv, wi-fi etc. But the only issue was that we didn’t get hot water all over the day. They said we would get it only from 6-10 morning and evening but we didn’t find the water hot throughout the day. Overall a good and chill stay
