Poor Stay

Hotel is in in good condition. It looks like small lodge in a town. No restaurant. Old towels. AC stopped functioning in midnight. To call the reception, phone didn’t work. Personally went and informed. He came, checked and said AC is not working. We stayed for just night’s sleep but entire sleep was disturbed. Lot of noise, horn sounds from outside. Overall very bad experience. Not only the money is wasted but also disturbing

The hotel was more of a lodge. No restaurant. Rooms were dingy, no ventilation, poor upkeep. The front desk were very courteous, they arranged breakfast ahead of time for us to leave on time for our onward journey

Location of the property is accessible to most of the spots of the city. But the amenities and services are not up to the point. The TV was not working, they did not clean up the trash in the two days of our stay. the photos of the room they showed did not match the real room. Is it really a 3 star Hotel!!, I wonder. The room was congested , TV was not working, they did not even clear the trash in our two days stay.

I booked a room from sun-day morning (08/12/2024) to tuesday (10/12/2024)and informed the hotel about our early check-in they also said okay for than they didn’t told about any extra charges about that. However, when i was about to check out on sun-day (08/12/2024) morning, we were then charged an extra 900 for our early checkin, which we felt was unfair and there was not a proper room clean service for our 2 days stay.
