it was very bad. honestly please never ever book a room in this hotel. even there is no water, towel, no basic things were provided. also charged me extra even i don't know why it was.... if you are looking for a comfortable stay.. don't ever choose this

It was a very short stay just a haltnon the way to final destination. Though the reception guy was helpful but had to face a lot of difficulty in reaching out via phone. No towels or stuff was kept in the room in advance. Average stay

Actually I don't like this hotel because first of all they change my hotel at last moment after that , hotel is not nice I book 2 rooms but I only get one room that also in very bad condition

first of all ,they denied the stay,so when you pick up fab hotel from mmt ,please kept a distance, after all the resolution from mmt was horrible, the agent who assigned was irresponsible and kept me 2,3 hour without any response

Horrible experience... Booked a deluxe room (extra Rs.600) and got the inferior room. When i talked to the reception the guy simply claimed that the current room in which i was staying was the deluxe room. Moreover, I saw the same deluxe room empty... When asked the reception no response... Hotel states on MMT that they have their own restaurant but when asked they simply deny such thing. They have posted photos of restaurant on MMT.Denied my refunds... I booked a room through MMT at around 9 pm on my way to Coimbatore, paying the full amount upfront. However, upon reaching the property around 11:30 pm with my 1-year-old kid, they informed us that all rooms were booked.
