We Absolutely loved our stay in TPI SPS grand ! From the stunning views to the "Perfect hotel for families! The staff were patient and kind with kids, the rooms were spacious, and the play area kept our children entertained. We felt safe and comfortable throughout the stay. Will come back next vacation. "

The breakfast was good, the rooms were comfortable, and the value for money was great. The location is good, but the streets are somewhat conjgusted

The room was decent in appearance, but the air conditioning did not work properly the stay. The wash basin was completely choked, and despite raising the issue, no one came to fix it, which was quite frustrating — basic hygiene like brushing or washing your face became a hassle. The breakfast was very ordinary, with a very limited spread — nothing close to what you’d expect at this price point. Overall, paying feels like a waste for the kind of service and amenities provided. Would not recommend.

Over all good experience in the hotel and the hotel location is inside from the main road, but the rooms are very good. I think neatly done recently restaurant service is good staff are very courteous. I will recommend people should take this option.

Nice stay, but frequently power off and cable TV and wifi disconnection. Mrng breakfast is good. But reception is not attentive, whenever is there any request for bedsheet change is not done properly. Have to report twice to change it.

Very worst hotel, specially when it comes to hot water, need to inform reception. Worst part i stayed for 3nights and every time i informed the reception to clear it. They are least bothered to take care of the guest request or change of room. As. Major portion of hotel is vacant. Very irritating issue. Secondly restaurant very pathetic even lodge will not have such kind of restaurant support.

Best for short stay but not much as expected. Even they didn’t gave single towels for guests. Food was okay

room not clear and power cut also 3 times… tv also not working including ac and finally not comfortable this hotel

I had a very comfortable stay. The room was very good. Had all modern amenities. It was clean. The ac worked well. I appreciate that the tv had some good variety of channels to watch which most budget hotels tend to skip and keep only regional free channels. The fridge was useful as well. I enjoyed the quality of the restaurant food and in room service e was very quick. The only criticism i have is the wifi was poor and the wifi speed was too slow for modern day. This alone needs to be upgraded.
