Holiday Residency

The stay was comfortable even though I faced the problem with the air-conditioning on the first day of my stay. Once the airconditioner was fixed, the stay was pleasant.

Awesome stay. The staffs are very polite and friendly! the food was good. The services of the hotel is cool.

The wifi was not working on the two day of my stay I have told them and they could not fixed it, plus I had ask for some personal things to the room and they did not have it. And they did allow to give food to the room bcz we need to buy it for them

The property is located on main road and easily accessible. The rates are high when compared to nearby similar hotel service and amenities are fine

Unfriendly and unhelpful front desk, a dungeon like room, I have stayed here before but the room allocated this time was the worst, poor lighting, no proper ventilation, please avoid room 320 and similar rooms in below floors.

Stay was pleasant, but they have charged extra 1500 for early check-in. Staffs are polite and humble. Though they have charged 1500 rupees extra they have given us the complimentary food as it was a miscommunication from their end via prior call. ?

Reasonably clean rooms. Good bathroom and large balcony. Good breakfast buffet. Food is also well priced. Service was excellent.

The behaviour of the staffs are very different. We are not treated well Very barroso behaviour.

During my first time stay last month, i had a good experience. This month when i stay, it is very bad experience, mostly with respect to housekeeping ( intercom not working, fan not working at times, no soap in the bathroom )
