Rooms were good, but quite small. No water kettle, but got cups and saucers! Rooms were not cleaned, and towels or bedsheets not changed during our 5-day stay. Apparently, one has to request for cleaning. One has to go and collect water bottles from reception. Hot water takes ages to come out of tap. Their major income and interest seemed to be the bar on the first floor. Receptionists were okay and everything got worse at the end!

Bad hospitality and management. Help desk people are very rude and don't know how to talk to customers. Demanding extra for each and every thing even if you are delayed by 5 mins during checkout. Rooms are just decent.

familyIt is in good location. Staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast is very tasty. But the rooms are very small that couldn't accommodate triple occupancy. They didn't provide us extra mattress also. Rates are little high.

The front desk staff was somewhat rude when i reported and behaved very indifferently. There was no hot water in the morning, when i complained there was no proper response and the room boys had no clue what was happening. It was a very bad stay for me.
