The room services are Prompt and good. The room was clean with the basic amenities. But the problem is that no one is going to pick up your luggage; I climbed to the 3rd floor with my trolley bag. Even at the checkout time mine was early at 6am as I have flight at 12noon, during check out the reception desk was closed. No one was there to check the room or take my key. This is very strange I found. Again I carried my own bag and left the hotel. Issue with the luggage pick-up and drop-off facility. No one was there at the time of check-out

Good Stay
The food is good. The staff is supportive all the time. A clean room with an attractive view. Very near to the mall road.

Best hotel for stay in Darjeeling near mall according u
property locations, services , cleanliness, food are excellent. Room size , view and amenities also good. Staff behaviour very good. Good safety security .we are happy for staying here 😊.In one words it is a value for money hotel for us.

Hotel Lunar - perfect place to stay and enjoy your vacation
Great stay at Hotel Lunar – excellent service and atmosphere. Clean room, stunning views, and top-notch amenities. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is in a convenient location close to major attractions. We also enjoyed the delicious meals each day of our stay. Food was good and great value for money.

familyThe hotel is strategically located right near the taxi stand and the mall road. Rooms are comfortable and the food is very tasty. Staff is also very courteous.

Good Stay
Hotel location is just 2 minutes from mall square. The hotel room was very clean and provided lots of amenities. Hotel staff are very well mannered and provided quick service as well whenever needed.

Excellent Stay
Had a great time at hotel lunnar. The entire staff is polite and helpful. Manager does a great job to ensure the tourist's requirements are met. The hotel is clean and the food is pure vegetarian and really good. Location is also ideal as it is right next to mall road. I would definitely stay in hotel lunar the next time i'm visiting darjeeling

familyLocation is excellent. Food is average to good, but very expensive staff is courteous and polite improvement areas 1. Provide room cleaning and towels replacement 2. Complimentary breakfast seems to be makemytrip add on, but on the ground the service starts late and daily coupons need to be collected, which makes it a bit inconvenient

Excellent Stay
The property is centrally located. Value for money for a family traveller. The atmosphere is so cosy; you'll love it. Keventer's, glenerry's & the mall all are just at a stone throwing distant away. Hanging out there is so fun.

Average Stay
Geyser is not properly running. Nobody pick up the phone in emergency no. Till morning 8. 00 nobody in reception every body is sleeping no water i call ceveral times but they are sleeping. After 8. 30 nobody is there to collect the luggage for check out. From reception they said wait for 15 min the person is in washroom. Its very disappointing.

No fan or ac in deluxe room
familyAs i paid through mmt reached the hotel early and the room was not ready they took almost 40 minutes to clean the room then there was no fan or ac in the room for which i paid rs 35000 for 5 days on enquiring, they told you should check everything on mmt because you booked through mmt the food was not at all good in taste every dish i ordered was sweet in taste. And they charge maximum in clothes washing also so i was not satisfied at all my experience was terrible

I am very disappointed to hear that you are not satisfied with 5 nights of your accommodation in Deluxe Room (Non View) . We appreciate your honest feedback. We apologize for it’s not up to the mark of your expectation. May I humbly tell you that none of the hotels in Darjeeling hills require AC in rooms. All the amenities and basic facilities of the rooms were mentioned in the category wise of rooms of hotels booking portal during your room booking. As far as laundry rates are concerned, nothing was hidden, A Laundry price list was already kept on your room. As far as food taste is concerned our food is serve as per our standard recopies .You had 5 to 6 meals over here , If you had told your taste at least once, then according to that you would have been served food. As far as possible, we tried to go beyond to the mentioned facilities and amenities to provide the services to you. And it is always our endeavor to provide better service to our all guest. Once again apologize with your stay was not up to the mark with us. We look forward to welcoming you back to our Hotel Lunnar!Darjeeling . in the future with upgraded room booking. Excellent location
familyAs a family traveler this time, we had always wanted a good view room in a decent property. Located just at the junction point of keventer's, taxi stand this hotel complimented our wishes 100. Food is also too good. Our room being situated on the 4th floor & a two sided view, could see the kanchenjunga range lying at the bed, the entire city was visible as well. Any traveller having no inclination to non veg food, this is prop-ably the "best hotel" in darjeeling
