Review Of Hotel Downtown - East of Kailash

The room provided is not clean after informing the staff after 30 minutes room is cleaned, bed sheet changed. Outside room the corridor is very dirty, smelly. No towels were provided

As of my life it’s great hotel in Delhi ... lovely atmosphere... very big rooms...must visit hotel...

great property with lovely rooms.. lovely food .. specially mr. mukul give us warm welcome and provide us great stay.

Room were not upto the mark as per the rates. Bathroom was not cleaned. They don't have Bathroom Slippers, Shaving Kit nor they had Dental Kit. Proper Food Bill was not provided. Their kitchen was not open till 10am.

no good cleanness- food bad quality- TV Doordarshan and two three channel only.-any services after two three calls.

Not all clean, Door and Further are broken. Rats are running around. Bathroom taps are broken. Room is very small.

good stay room is very specius and clean food was amazing and location is good near kalki ji mandir nearest metro station. hotel is situated in south delhi on top location.staff is very helpful.

When i reached at 9pm, they said my booking was not confirmed and i was offered an alternate hotel by them, which was very dirty hence we insisted to continue the booking and they gave us the room at 10:30 as they had already sold their room to someone else at hourly basis the room was very dirty, the bed sheets, blankets and pillows had dark spots and were torn at spots the washroom was also very dirty with spider webs all over the bathroom.
