Location of the property is very good. Staff was courteous and helpful. Room size was good.

Nice cozy hotel with decent pricing. Stuffs are friendly and quite helpful. Rooms are spacious. Getting food can be a bit of problem sometimes but there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

We had a really bad experience at this hotel. But the hotel is a rundown building with no hygiene practice. We were allotted a room with no electricity, then changed to another room, but with no view, although we had paid for one. The host is not truthful at all and lied about nearby places and sightseeing. We had opted for paid breakfast but all we got was oily bread and watery tea. While transferring our luggage to another room, they lost some things which we had to go looking. Even though we had paid for extra bed, we didn’t get one till late night, by the time we slept. The washrooms are not cleaned properly and toilet paper was provided only after requesting for the same. The flush didn’t work properly. Overall we had a really bad stay. Would not recommend.

Poor room and bed and bathroom, worst service.

The rooms needs to be clean with proper lighting with good TV set with adequate channels. The bathroom needs immediate maintenance. The food is ok but the dining hall needs to be clean and hygienic ambiEnce needs to be maintained.
Proper maintenance is immediately needed, the rooms needs proper lighting. Most of the amenities are not there as mentioned in the MMT site.
