A good boutique, business purpose, no nonsense hotel. Bed spreads could have been a little more tidy. Staff personnel are good. In the central place and fits the budget.

The room was okay and average as the space was conducted and we could barely walk around. Even the bathroom was quite small. They only arranged for breakfast and no other meal from inside the hotel. The breakfast was okay.

Stay in this hospital if you want to stay near Kokilaben Ambani hospital. First of all this is a hotel developed in an old residential building. Rooms are developed out of bedrooms of a flat. The hall of the flat is used for serving breakfast and food. Lot of disturbance and no privacy. Secondly when we checked in some irresponsible people had smoked 100 cigarettes and made the room unliveable. Still the hotel people made us wait for half an hour to clear the room. The amenities are far poor for even a budget stay. Only good thing is they provided complimentary breakfast which was ok.

Advantage is close to Kokilaben Ambani hospital. Metro station is not far. Disadvantage is it does not have own restaurant. Price is on the higher side.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The owner personally attended a check in issue due to a canceled fly

The behavior of the staff is good, the service is good, the room and bathroom are clean. There is enough space in the room. I enjoyed staying here
