Review Of Hotel Crystal Palace

It was a good stay. Location is perfect for stress free travelling. Rooms are clean and service is great 👍

I recently stayed at hotel crystal palace, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room was in a disappointing state and did not meet even the basic standards of cleanliness and comfort. Firstly, the room was not clean at all. Upon entering, i immediately noticed that it was small and messy, which made it difficult to relax. To make matters worse, i found several bugs in different parts of the room, which was extremely unsettling and unacceptable. There was also an unpleasant smell that lingered throughout my stay, making the atmosphere quite uncomfortable. The linens provided were dirty, adding to the overall feeling of neglect and poor hygiene. Given these issues, i cannot recommend staying at hotel crystal palace unless significant improvements are made in terms of cleanliness and room maintenance. My stay was far from pleasant, and i hope the management takes these concerns seriously to enhance the experience for future guests.
