Hotel staff is good and helpful, but the comply concerning is the located in the main road, also sounds of traffic.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sierra Shimla, where I booked the Family Suite. The experience was truly delightful. The food was delicious and exceeded our expectations. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view from the room, which made the stay even more memorable. The hotel's location, right on the highway, ensures seamless connectivity and easy access. Overall, Sierra Shimla is a wonderful property that offers both comfort and convenience.

I stayed at sierra, shimla with my girlfriend for 2 days, and overall, it was a memorable and pleasant experience. The hotel has a cozy and romantic vibe, perfect for couples. Room & comfort: the room was clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable, and we had a nice balcony view which made mornings really special. Service: staff were polite, helpful, and responsive to any requests. Room service was quick and efficient. Ambience: the hotel has a calm, peaceful environment with great lighting and decor for couples. Location: centrally located, easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants, which made our outings convenient.

The hotel rooms are well maintained and with beautiful hill view. From outside it may not looks good but rooms are very good.

Room and food were good. Ac was not working and no water for bathing. Poor parking space and too much noise. Many mosquito in the room.

1. Hotel is located at 'kanlog', next to main road. Anybody easily get irritated due to sounds of vehicles passing all night. 2. There rooms are clean, staff & owner behaviour is gentle.
