Required amenities are not even in proper functioning condition, need improvement. Staff behaviour is good.

good behaviour by staff and also I found room neat and clean. room space is bigger, food quality is good, location is quite good not so far from sea beach, nearby stores available, my experience in this property is excellent thank you.

No maintenance of the property. Although the property builtup quality is good but there are not even eager to get customers.

Property's location was at an average area nearby to the sea. The room was a bit reeking with closed space. Food was below average. For facilities, I received only extra pillows and towels. No other basic sanitary utilities were provided. Overall it was a poor experience. However the staff was cordial.

Normal Ac room booked by me room was good & clean ac was good washroom was quite small.. Staff of the hotel was good..

everything is ok except room cleaning service...and the price of food item is soo high...and motton is not cooked properly last night

The room allotted to us was substandard for decent living by any standards. There was no dressing table in the room and the mirror was located in the balcony attached to the room! The bed was uncomfortable and the blanket provided was anything but a blanket. The worst was the bathroom. The bath area was located in the centre of the bathroom with the wash basin and the commode on either side!! No soap was provided. Despite having a control in the room the AC couldn’t be controlled. The other furnitures looked shabby. However, the room service was good and the service personnel were polite and helpful. I do not recommend the hotel to anyone. It’s very poor value for money

There was no washroom kit (like toothpaste, toothbrush, shops,shampoo etc) And no welcome kit(like welcome drink, tea set)

1- hotel room cleaning nehi hai. 2-hotel me breakfast nehi mila. 3-hotel ka corridor, outdoor furniture and accessories a sab accha nehi hai.

Food and service

Location, property and services are good. But room was average but washroom was terrible. Food was also good. If the washroom was maintained this could be a best location for your weekend plan.

The stay was good but their restaurant service was not up to the mark. Waiting time needs to be improved.

Hotel location is good. The room was spacious and sufficient for a family with 4 adults. Good service. Maintenance could be better.

Overpriced and poorly maintained. Dirty bedsheets, untidy pillows, and a generally unclean room. Room service was extremely slow. Not worth the money at all.

everything was ok, The staff behaviour and services were very nice The food was very tasty and delicious, The distance between the hotel and New digha was approx 10 to 15 minutes by walk .

Room was good. Bathroom was little bit small but that's was ok. But they charge me extra 500 rupees for early check in.
