Terrible misbehaviour, false claims and lack of cleanlines
I was unable to go myself because of a sudden death in my family. When my friend, a senior professor, arrived, she was denied entry. The hotel authorities said that they do not allow single persons to stay in the hotel. They behaved very badly with my friend. She had to search for another hotel in disgust. Later two of my other female friends went and checked in but the commode was extremely unclean. The bedsheet and the room floor were terribly dirty. The hotel policy stated on the website does not mention any restriction about single persons. We were a big group of college and university teachers who had visited Digha on 9-10 Aug to attend a conference. We strongly condemn the misbehaviour of the authorities.

Excellent Stay
It was a pleasant stay for the two of us. My husband went to attend a conference and my stay was very relaxing . The room service was excellent . A complimentary breakfast was served each morning. Linens were changed regularly and restroom cleaned. The distance from the sea was only 5 to 7 mins walk. The restaurant was quite good and all the staff of the hotel were always happy to serve. Loved staying in the hotel New Sagar Priya at New Digha. I found the property's location on Make My Trip App with all detailed description. Thanks MM It was a pleasant stay for the two of us. nice location near the sea. food quality was good and room was neat and tidy. The swimming pool was small however the view from the hotel was perfect

Pathetic and Rude people at the hotel reception
It was not one of the but the worst experience. They have written lot of things on mmt to offer as service and they want us to understand that there is a rush hence they cant provide in room dining though they have clearly mentioned in rrom dining service available. When called for tea at 10:30 they cant serve it because as per them its noon now not morning. They were very upset that why should a guest who came on vacation at their property are waking up so late. So if you are planning to visit this property be ready to wake up when they want and you shouldn’t sleep as per your wish. Apart from Tapan who was a room service who actually showed some customer care. Reception people were the worst. They dont know how to talk or manage. If you cant handle full in house dont book. Dont ask customers to adjust because tou have got rush and advise them when to wake up or not. In short, very very BAD EXPERIENCE AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR VISIT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN.

Excellent Stay
Property location is very adjacent to the New Digha Sea Beach. Our room was having a balcony view of the sea. Room was clean,hotel staffs were courteous and helpful. I will recommend this hotel for my future stay.

worthy staying
location wise excellent, clear sea view from balcony, complementary breakfast menu and cooking standard was very good, pool maintenance and supervision was another attraction, house keeping and all service staff were very cooperative and helpful. Overall the stay was very satisfying and I highly recommend this property.

Good location, Good exp
Few negative points I would like to mention: 1. They are not providing us balcony room although I gave full payment at MMT. 2. They misguided us while I ask for their suggestions. 3. They gave us dysfunctional electric kettle twice during room service.

Excellent Stay
Location in very near to beach.Rooms are good. but some rooms don't have balcony. Staff behavior is good. Restaurant service is little slow. Foods are good but expensive. Overall good.
