I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Four Square Holidays Hotel, Digha, booked via MakeMyTrip. I had chosen a package that included breakfast and lunch/dinner, but the food served was of extremely poor quality—unhygienic, tasteless, and far below acceptable standards. This seriously affected the enjoyment of my trip. Additionally, the behavior of the hotel staff, especially during check-out, was rude, uncooperative, and unprofessional. Such treatment of guests is unacceptable and reflects poorly on MakeMyTrip for allowing such hotels to remain listed on your platform.
I trusted MMT for reliable and quality hotel listings, but this experience has left me highly disappointed. It felt like a complete waste of time and money. I urge MakeMyTrip to take this matter seriously, review the standards of this hotel, and ensure that such listings are not allowed to tarnish your reputation.
