    Hotel is good and location also good but management is not so good. They are not active all time because asking for room service but manager not inform any one to clean the room.I give just one example..

    location in on main road which makes the room noisy all the time even till 1 pm you can hear bus horns on your ears..never arrive or request early check in in this hotel they will behave rudely and never give you rooms before 11 am . housekeeping in room is very bad . behaviour of reception guy is worst. they don't know what hospitality means food ordered from restaurant will take eternity to deliver at rooms food is taste less . breakfast menu is same for every day . they didn't provide toiletries at room.

    we stayed there from 11 to 13 th of May 2025( 2 N,3D). location : 4/5 ( adjacent to new digha taxi/bus stand, opposite bhorpet resort). amenities: 3/5 ( sweeming pool- very average, need maintenance). staff behaviour: 5/5 food and pricing - 5+/ 5... ( just awesome, we tried preparation of crabs, prawn and pomfret fish) Room+ washroom ( AC super Deluxe)- 4/5 cleanliness) hygeine - 4/5 intercom+ other articles- all are present but need little bit improvement in maintenance - 3.5/5 all together - budget friendly luxury hotel😊 nearby attractions - new digha market complex, sea beach and associated market place, Jagannath dham, amaravati park, Aquatic museum. ( all are walking distance/ or you may rent a toto as per your convenience)

    Worst hotel stay..bad behavior of the manager..super deluxe doesn't seems to be like super deluxe.. dirty walls broken walls. Unhygienic restaurant..all over flies n food quality is terrible..the breakfast they guve for complimentary is the most worst thing ..i would rate 0 if possible
