It was a good stay, but the property is not well maintained especially the decorations.

hotel was good ,staff was attenedable, room was comfy,but the pillow covers need to be changed it turned yellow which seemed quite dirty.AC was good, rest all the service is fine.Breakfast should be included in the room which rated 3500,it's quite high so ,but we were debared from it.location is superb.

Overall experience is good & all staff behaviour is good.

It is better to get good room if i book on spot, food is good, bathroom is not good, light is not good, door lock is bad,

The hotel didn't even provide a towel as per head, whatever we asked they refuse Rooms don't have balcony and swimming timing is pathetic, it's 9am-5pm, means in evening you just be in room if you don't want to go outside pathetic 😡

food quality should be improved..

The room was good but inside the room they have lots of mosquito washroom was not clean

Out of 2 suite rooms that we booked, the first day, one suite room ac was not working, and we had to somehow manage in only 1 suite room with mattresses put om floor. Pathetic. Bedroom door lock in suite no 10a was broken. The sofas in 10a room was ultimate dirty with too much black spots. The bed sheets and towels had stained. The cleaning staff themselves admitted that its time for them to buy new bedsheets and towels. In suite 20a, no toilet seat cover present. It takes almost 1 hour to get a pot of coffee that too if you are lucky. Yesterday, there was a massive protest from customers i the restaurent during breakfast since they had puris to eat but no curry for like 30 mins. Today, while checl out i order coffee at morning 8 am but did not receive the same even while checking out 9 am. That the lathering service i faced in this ambalika hotel. * pathetic service.

I stayed here in 2019 and it was one of the best hotels that time. So without giving a second thought i booked ambalika for my recent stay on 11th n 12th march. We were 5 people so we vooked 2 rooms. 1 room was smaller though we paid the same. Pool is not maintained. No staff at the pool no towels provided and no safety. Kindly do not go to the pool with kids. We asked for extra towels in the room but it was given only next day check in time. We had used our tshirts to wipe our faces as the towels got wet at the pool. We were charged 6k per room for 2 nights. At this rate there are many hotels just nextbto ambalika giving better service. Also they gave us 2 rs. 1 clinic plus shampoo and an old soap that was molten inside the wrapper. This was our first time experience at such a hotel that looks so great from oitside!on reporting to the manager he said “ we are charging 3000 not 4150 so clinic plus is what we can provide”. Please do not book ambalika if u want a good stay!

I have previously stayed in ambalika, but never ever i had such an experience, people were washing themselves with soap in the pool, staff has been reduced, maintenance has been reduced, i had to call them repeatedly to fix the ac and the fan which was not working. The chef leaves early and the poor housekeeping staff had to cook food for us.

10 min walk to the beach. Very helpful staff. Good food. Very clean ans tidy rooms. Just no beach view from hotel. Pool is amazing.
