Good Stay
Stay was good, room was quite clean and spacious. The only issue I had was with the cleaning staff. I asked one person at night to change the bedsheet because in my package it was written 24x7 linen change available. Yet he refused me saying you just checked in today so I can't change. I will dust and go

very bad experience, my family is very disappointed
very bad hotel. The receptionist people behave very badly. They don't know how to treat customers.The swimming pool also much smaller than the online photos . They didn't know anything in advance that you won't be allowed to go to the pool without a silk dress , it won't be possible if you have a cotton dress , you have to buy a dress from them for extra money and then you go. When we protested against it, the receptionist treated us very badly and lied about us. But the food was good according to the price.

Poor Stay
My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing due to a major inconvenience with parking. I had parked my vehicle in the hotel’s open yard, where several other cars were also parked. However, later in the night, as more guests arrived, the security staff allowed additional cars to be parked in a parallel manner, blocking the existing vehicles—including mine. As a result, I was unable to move my car in the morning, despite having plans with my family. We had to cancel our outing entirely due to this issue. This lack of basic parking coordination and guest consideration really impacted our experience. I hope the hotel improves its parking management to avoid such problems for future guests.

Horrible trip because of hotel Alishan at New Digh
I booked hotel in Alishan hotel. This hotel is not recommended for family.Hotel clamed6 extra chages against the menu price. Whole night we can't sleep because are creating noises...After report to hotel manager and staff they were only making excuses.Our advise to all don't stay in this hotel please,
