Washroom wasn't good and room's floor was not clean. Telephone wasn't working

Property location is excellent. Other's facilities are very good. Food quality is very good. And Everyone cooperated well.

The property is situated in a very excellent location behind the Shani Mandir, New Digha. This place is one of the junction areas of New Digha for excellent connectivity of all types of buses & Volvo services to anywhere in WB.

Wash room was not clean. The toilet flush was broken. Wash room hanger was broken. Towels were not clean

Complimentary breakfast is very poor. Room is stafy & very dirty, poor mentainece,staff behaviour very good and cooperative.

Horrible Experience of Staying 1.Mini Fridge is not working it's showing only. 2.Room No. 207 Bathroom Lock in Not working. 3.Hotel Wifi is very poor Speed. 4. Bathroom Geyser Tap is not working in room no 208. This Is my review.

Our one room is ok , but other room was disgusting

Stay was good but no mosquito repellent was provided and no tea kit was present instead of repeated reminders. Hotel should be advised to treat all guests as same irrespective of booking online through make my trip.

Staff behaviour is very good। But the problem is that they are no provide any kind of welcome goods in the room like tea, coffee, water। They are also not provide bathrooms product like soap, shampoo. Housekeeping facility is very poor. Telephone is not working। Wifi speed is , last of all there food is very poor. Those food you want to eat that food is unavailble of all time। They all time spaek sorry sir this food is unavalible at this moment this is so emberasment. They always pressured you that you try there food but food quality is so bad।so overall our experince was very bad
