I had a great stay at this hotel! the location near the sea beach was perfect, the staff were friendly and welcoming, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The room service was prompt and efficient. The hotel room itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed.

Room very small, service is average, must be don't go with including breakfast. I think tariffs are so high as per their facility.

I have paid as i have booked on the weekend so rates were high but the condition of the room was not good it is not similar to what picture of the room is being displayed and even they were having window ac in my room whole night disturbing sound of coming and even hotel was not able to provide towel they were giving excuses it has gone for laundary so what you have taken full charge why you have not returned money. If cost is 1000 rs it fine but paying for 4 person it is pathetic. The charges should not be more than 1000 rs.

Hotel lift is such a terrible feeling as lift wasn't working properly the main problem is people safety. Any day any time may fall a big incident. Kindly look forward about this n tak as a serious issue thank you

The staffs were good and restaurant staffs were very very good. But few points required to be updated: *the room was small based on 4 bed ac room, *no credit card facility us available which is not good *the housekeeping was not that good and bedsheets were torn *balcony was not sea facing and it was against a dump ground. Hotel needs to be aware of this.

It's a nice and clean hotel. I had booked a non ac room, but unable to open the window due to mosquito so issue in ventilation happened. This should be noticed. Window should have velcro mosquito net.

The rooms are great and well maintained including the room service. Polite behaviour of hotel staffs and the food quality is also great. Overall it was a nice staying experience at hotel jairam samraj.

Terrible experience, whatever is showing in the portal the authority does not even maintain it. Complementary breakfast was not served properly but it was written as complementary. Lift is upto 4th floor and my room was on 5th so had to take the stairs where senior citizens were there. These were not mentioned in the portal. No amenities were provided too.
