Excellent service + great location
familyWe had reached there at the peak of traffic restrictions due to Kanwar Yatra and heavy rains. They sent a helper to pick up our luggage from the highway, and then later when unfortunately our cab for return journey got cancelled they arranged for a local taxi to take us to airport, once again ensuring that we were accompanied by an helper to carry luggage and guide us through the by-lanes in torrential rainfall. They handled the entire situation with such meticulous care that it went beyond the highest level of professional service. All this was over and above the excellent location and hotel facilities. Can’t think of staying in any other hotel while in Haridwar.

Escape to gang-es
familyWe went to haridwar for 1 day and stayed in this beautiful hotel which had. A private ghat. We got. Very warm welcome and were taken through various activities that the hotel had planned for its guests. The food was awesome. Main attraction was its ghat where we were to take bath jn gang-es and just keep watching the huge river. Only caution is that this hotel os amid-st a very very busy market and car can not go till the hotel. Rest all was fantastic

Review of hari ganga hotel at haridwar
coupleLocation is disaster. No car can go. It looks like a modern dharamshala. Getting there is extremely painful. Lighting was very poor and inadequate at all places. No room service or good menu. Only buffet meal in restaurant. Bed is very high from surface and is uncomfortable. Bathroom was good. Breakfast choice is good. Food quality is generally better. But overall very poor experience. After paying 17000 for a night.

The best stay ever
coupleAfter spending 2 days at haveli hari ganga, i have decided that it will now be my home in haridwar when even i visit the holy city. On three major aspects it just made me feel so good and positive. 1. The location 2. The positive vibes/energy at the property 3. Last but not the least their food. I will be failing in my duty, if i do not mention about their staff/pandit ji and everyone associated with the property was so warm and positive. After checking out from the property, i not only carried the good experience but also the positive energy and vibes from the haveli hari ganga with the blessings of mama ganga ji.

coupleA person named sonu (works at the property) was extremely polite and helpful. Staff during the breakfast, who took care of food service was also especially very nice. Property is next to hari ki pauri ghat and they also have a private ghat and a terrace area for tea and snacks. One thing which was very interesting was marble bed, which is first, at-least for me. Property belong to some old monarch of india, you can see the family tree in picture in the corridor. Completely an old haveli vibe

Awesome place for stay in haridwar
familyHotel is very close to ganga river, very clean rooms, food is very good and there is no need to go anywhere as you can do all activities like hawan, aarti, bhajan at hotel only and above all this hotel has private ganga ghat

familyThere is no parking, u will have to park your car in paid parking area. Hotel e rikshaw will receive u n drop u to hotel as it's located in small streets. Hotel is beautiful, rooms are good they have their personal ghat for bathing, art i etc very close to hear ki pauri

Refugee from hectic city life
The private ghat helps avoid the haste of ganga snaan, the food was simply indian yet delicious we had a homelike experience, the staff was very polite but the room service was not upto the mark

Bad management
coupleThe only good thing about this hotel is food, specifically south indian food, which was awesome. Though the food was good, it's a badly managed hotel, the management or the staff don't even bother to explain the complimentary service our to greet the customers. They didn't even informed anyone about evening ganga aarti, and the pandit for palmistry was asking money from us. There is no warmth in their behavior or services. I would recommend you stay in ganga lahari, which is a sister concern of this hotel, but that hotel is beautifully managed their mr krishna takes special care about each customer personally. Even for complimentary ganag aarti service, they call in every room to check if you want to attend the aarti.

Good property but overpriced

familyUpside - they have events arranged for ihouse guests - tea, palmistry, havan and escorted aaratinharkipaudi. Down side - rate is fluctuating so better directly deal a with hotel - management needs to keep it constanta so that people don’t feel cheated. Make sure event timings synchronized- palmistry was late so guests could not take the service as they had to leave for escorted aarati.

3 day visit to haridwar
familyOverall, a very pleasing experience. The hotel is centrally located, where cars/cabs do not ply. The hotel has e-rickshaws from their parking lots (a few miles away. The hotel itself was a 'haveli, with a storied history. If you revel in quaint settings, where the bed is not wooden furniture, rather mattresses rest on solid 'kadappa' slab, giving it a marble like feel, this place is for you. The restaurant is simply awesome. We loved the food (all veg, of course). The chef knows his stuff. Flavour combos were spot on. And the wait staff takes care of you. Wait times for ala carte are a bit on the longish side, but then again, you are probably not going to grab a breakfast to go and run for you meeting here. So might as well slow down and enjoy. They have a private ghat, where in you can do your ganga snan. The hotel has daily arati, flute recital, and other activities, which is pretty standard. They plan outdoorsy stuff for you. From mandir tours to wildlife safaris. The spa was ok-ish. Overall a wonderful experience.

Very nice place
familyVery nice place for staying with family. My son loved the place as we can see the ganga river from back side of the hotel. Also they have own private ghat for ganga aarti and snan. Hotel room were very clean and the staff is also very good.
