Excellent Stay
An excellent place to stay in Haridwar, a very grand arrival in a traditional manner followed by a room which was exceptionally well maintained and well designed. Loved the traditional architecture giving a nice Indian touch. The food was good and the evening Ganga Aarti was also a very nice addition. The staff was friendly and responsive. Overall definitely worth the money. Want to stay here longer the next time for sure! :D

Excellent Stay
The hotel was a delightful surprise. The room décor was a tasteful blend of modern design with a traditional touch, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. Although the ghat wasn’t private, it was easily accessible and just a short walk from many of the city’s iconic landmarks. The hotel staff were exceptionally hospitable, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Amazing stay in Haridwar by the ghat!!
Food, rooms , Location , staff (best)It was great experience.Private access to Ganga ghat, aarti on-site and a small but beautiful temple on the property were absolutely wonderful

Poor Stay
The stay in itself was very good but the check-in experience was not good. And it has to do with jow MMT handled the relationship with hotel. They charged me for one extra day even when I informed that I had not stayed that day in hotel. Hence I would suggest to anyone to directly contact the hotel instead of going through MMT.

The hotel is clean , well maintained and the reception is very good. The Ganga Aarti is very good and the bhajan Sandhya is the highlight . These things will help you feel centred. The staff is courteous and tries their best to help in these outdoor services.But these additional experiences cannot completely make up for what they lack in basic services in food department .The food service is terrible. Forgetting things that you ask for , or pre asked service,waiting for more than an hour for room service and then having to follow up multiple times if it’s going to delivered . Things in the food service department clearly need a lot of streamlining to be at par with other places in this price point. The food is as expensive as high end hotels in many cases but the service is miles away.

Good Stay
The stay was good. The bed was too small for two people. Bit overpriced specially food. Staff is quite polite and hospitality is great

Excellent Stay
While entry welcome was really differently good. Stay was very good as hogans maintained,spacious room , comfort was excellent. We enjoyed Aarti , and few games and during exit send off was also differently good. Overall it is a very good hotel with great ambiance. If GYM included then it will complete in all sense.

This is one of the best stays we have had in a while. Rooms are spacious, well designed and very cozy. The food offered is delicious and service was fast. The whole experience from priests welcoming you to hotel putting up evening high tea and art performances by local groups was a lovely experience. The evening Ganga Aarti had such holy vibes. I personally recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe luxurious stay by the ghat of Ganga at very decent rates. Definitely visiting them again. Services were outstanding.

Pleasant stay
The hotel's location was perfect, offering easy access to Alaknanda Ghat. The surrounding atmosphere was beautiful. The Mandakini room was clean, stylish, and roomy, with comfortable twin beds for me and my mother. The decor was tasteful and the bathroom was spacious. Everything was well-equipped with modern amenities, Food was good and great value for money, with a delicious breakfast spread that offered a wide variety of dishes. Special shout out for Mr Vinod at the Nityasudha restaurant along with Mr Yashpal. Ms Upasana at the Front office was helpful. Housekeeping service provided by Aniket was good.

Fabulous Experience Bhagirathi by Atisha
The property is located right on the highway and reaching the nearby areas such as mansa devi temple, the bazar are easily accessible.The food at high tea and breakfast was really good. The rooms and washrooms were clean . The staff too was very polite and courteousgreeted us all . The way we were welcomed on our arrival was amazing. .the pandits reciting mantras and the staff welcomed us with arti and rudraksh males.. I have never seen that anywhere. Also when we were leaving the hotel , the pundits again recited mantras and tied a rakshasutra on our hands- Again something never ever seen and definitely a beautiful experience. one special shout out to the entire staff for helping us with special food needs for my mother in law . Thank you Bhagirathi hotel for making our stay wonderful and comfortable.

Excellent Stay
Experience was good and staff was well behaved and supportive.This property is close to har ki pauri the manager Upasana Rana,Ishita was well behaved. The person who is near the Alaknanda ghat there were two in different shifts they were very helpful and well mannered. The restaurant staff was also very good who were serving.All n all brilliant place to go relax and enjoy. Just to tell you Their gym and swimming pool is still under construction.

Nice experience
It was a nice experience here, i went there after returning from dehradun. I was not expecting that my from any stay in Haridwar and all the things was perfect from hospitality to ambience of the stay. Ishita treated us very well.
