Service and location is good but the hotel is situated in a Shopping complex with bad smell in lobby. There is also seepage in the room.

Terrible Stay
Had a overall pathetic experience 25th was checkin we had requested for early check in but the rooms were not available so we choose luxury suites by paying extra money. We entered the room and me my wife and my 8 year old kid had to take shower.as per reception they said we will have to throw 2- 3 buckets initially then hot water starts coming but the fact was after wasting 15-20 buckets of water still the water was not getting hot and at the end we have to take cold water shower.three days continuously my son also had to take cold water shower. For shower we were three but was given one soap at start then upon requesting they gave more 2

Peaceful Stay in Ratnagiri
Excellent location of the hotel in the center of city. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing, they have good food and in house restaurant as well. I highly recommend this place for stay in Ratnagiri.

Poor cleaning and room maintenance. Rude staff behaviour
The room was not cleaned properly, I found cigarette buts in the room and ash. which means very poor maintenance. The curtains were not washed, seemed like not cleaned for decades. The receptionist was very rude when I asked for a room to freshen up after I had checked out. He asked us to use the staff bathroom which was in a pathetic condition. one will not even stand there. I would have paid for the getting freshen up.

There was no hot water for bath . That said west 2-3 bucket and than you can get hot water we tried that but not succeed. Major problem of hot water

Terrible Stay
The management is extremely poor. They have very few staff members, and the ones they do have are incapable of doing their jobs properly. I had booked dinner, went at 8:30 PM, and the food was finally served at 10:00 PM. After two days of repeatedly asking, I am now suffering from diarrhea. My opinion is that this place should be removed from the site.

Not worth the money, bad experience.
Very bad experience during stay, they don't have 24 hrs hotel water after 10.30pm. They say we start geyser at night 12am, which was pathetic. Nxt day after giving key to reception for room cleaning, the room was unclean when we arrived at 11pm. The reason they gave was we don't have enough staff. Restaurant don't give priority to in-house clients, it took them 1hr 30mins to send food, where swiggy provides you in 20 mins. The bathroom needs to do maintenance as the bathtub is broken. only good thing about hotel is the location, it located in center of the city so it's easily accessible.
