Hotel have issues with electricity. Long power cuts and minimal backup. Also the lake view rooms do not have clear view.

Very comfortable stay. House staffs are very friendly. The owner of the house is helpful. Umer, the owners son is also helpful with shopping good quality shawl. Sightseeing is provided by the boat..!

apart from the beautiful location, all other services are very average and misguiding. The concerned contact person , whose number has been mentioned at the invoice is not at all helpful and he misguided us wrt availability of food and other services. Infact in spite of repeated attempt he never spoke to us properly , never replied to the whats app and did not provide any service. Property is very average and no decoration is there inside the boat.all four walls are made of normal ply and they even did not bother to cover the same .overall experience is not good as found in the rating .

At the very beginning we faced trouble at our shikara ride. The concerned man misbehaved , kept saying something in local language which we later got to know was he wanted us to do the lake ride with him. Threw the oar in such way it nearly hurt my mother. The houseboat was very basic when it came to amenities. No running hot water. Food was little too spicy and very basic. Staff were helpful though. Overall I will not recommend this houseboat stay. Disappointed.

Beautiful stay centrally heated room good staff and location is awesome if you are looking for peaceful stay go for it even we stayed in -7 degrees temperatures but insight the houseboat temperature fully maintained with the bukhari in hall and inside the room they have electrical blankets and heating king germane technology which is good for health.

The service was very good including the food. The location of houseboat is also good and we enjoyed a wonderful shikara ride. They can improve on the bathroom fittings, apart from that we had a pleasant stay.

One of the best experience to travel in kashmir was the stay in houseboat. Excellent staff especially mudasir and ham-id bhai and the food was so delicious. I recommend to everyone to stay in this houseboat.

Location is very peaceful. Houseboat is average. With no heating mechanism, dining and breakfast is not good. They allow outside food through zomato. Can accommodate only max 3 people but we had asked for 3 adults and one child of 11 years.
