The bed was very uncomfortable and noisy, also the mattress are in 2 parts, no toiletries were provided by them i also informed the staff for the same. I haven’t clicked the pictures

Not money value, no common accessories in the during check in, when asked then provided, ie. Chair, shaving and dental kit, soap, tea making, staff not professionally, no food facility in the hotel, breakfast so-so.

The place was not as shown in the picture. Room service was not available, no amenities were provided it was just waste of money

I roamed searching for fabhotel, but finally realised fabhotel and ip royal r d same (which wasn't mentioned in d app. Very bad experience as this hotel is under construction. Zero safety. No room service. Telephone wasn't working. Only one kettle given. No tea cofee provided. Have to zomato each tym to have food. Already i have filed complaint against this hotel. Those who book this hotel make sure whether it z fully functional
