Poor Stay
The rooms has no privacy the main concern. Also these are very smaller than shown in the picture. There was no toiletries unless we asked for it and that too they provide only soap and a toilet paper. But the washroom is very small and congusted.

Terrible Stay
From the time of check in, the staff in reception was not attentive. I had to stand their for a while for the staff to look up an offer assistance. Felt like an indifferent attitude and borderline rude. Outside food was not allowed and hotel offered decent food but very oily. old weary towels. good water pressure and hot water available. some kitchen staff/ occupants roamed around wearing banyans through the lobby and brought down the overall class of the place. won't stay here again. also the staff asked me to open mmt and give 5 star review then and there during checkout so that they can show the review to their seniors. it felt wrong and bad practice. hence giving the place bad review so that managers or owners can be notified

Poor Stay
The staff was polite, but the area and the room was extremely dirty. i had to switch hotels in the middle of the stay. the bedsheets had stains, the room smelled of sweat ( the throw pillow was stinking and so were the curtains).. worst of all, there were cockroaches everywhere - on the table, cupboards, etc. The bathroom did not have basic necessities like toilet paper. The only good thing was that it was close to the US consulate and took me 10 mins to reach for my visa appointment. Terrible Stay
Worst location. Very bad experience. Couldn't check in due to excessive water logging in the approach road. I want refund but the hotel haven't refund me yet

Housekeeping and cleanness was good but food was very bad not cooked well no salt etc. give some better options for complementary foods.

Location was not great, Room was okay but floor was dirty. My parents didn’t have great expectations, they are easy going , so they didn’t complain. I didn’t like the hotel

Extremely disappointing experience — avoid at all costs!
I booked this hotel assuming it was a FabHotels property, but that illusion shattered the moment I checked in. First, I made the booking through MMT, which clearly mentioned a complimentary 2-hour early check-in. But when I arrived, the hotel staff flatly refused unless I paid ₹600 extra. They had the audacity to tell me to get the refund from MMT if I had any issue. Zero coordination, and worse — zero courtesy. Then came the food nightmare. I played it safe and ordered plain Maggi, hoping it would at least be hygienic after reading several negative reviews online. But to my horror, the bowl had a strand of human hair in it. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the AC stopped working at night. Despite calling multiple times, the night staff was unresponsive and careless. When he finally showed up, he fiddled with the settings and disappeared without ensuring it worked. Unsurprisingly, it stopped again shortly after. This place fails on all fronts — cleanliness, professionalism, hospitality, and basic amenities. Save yourself the regret and stay elsewhere.

smells bad at the reception itself

The room was neat & clean. But it was so compactly packed. Also the room was not provided with any towels & some inclusive etc. as it was mentioned as three star hotel.
