I booked this hotel assuming it was a FabHotels property, but that illusion shattered the moment I checked in.
First, I made the booking through MMT, which clearly mentioned a complimentary 2-hour early check-in. But when I arrived, the hotel staff flatly refused unless I paid ₹600 extra. They had the audacity to tell me to get the refund from MMT if I had any issue. Zero coordination, and worse — zero courtesy.
Then came the food nightmare. I played it safe and ordered plain Maggi, hoping it would at least be hygienic after reading several negative reviews online. But to my horror, the bowl had a strand of human hair in it. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the AC stopped working at night. Despite calling multiple times, the night staff was unresponsive and careless. When he finally showed up, he fiddled with the settings and disappeared without ensuring it worked. Unsurprisingly, it stopped again shortly after.
This place fails on all fronts — cleanliness, professionalism, hospitality, and basic amenities. Save yourself the regret and stay elsewhere.
