Corridor is very dirty and room and wash room is also very dirty. So much noise in Hotel.

Good but very loud sound hering

After check in from 2 pm to 5 pm no one responded call and bell Despite having complementary breakfast they gave me bill Very bad experience

The location was good and the staff was very cooperative, at the same time you n number of options to spend quality time. Images are not with me.

The room service was not good. They charged me 60₹ for 1 litre water bottle with MRP ₹20

Good place in the heart of city of joy. Had a comfortable stay. Rooms were spacious too. Staff were courteous and food was amazing. Not too expensive.

The hotel was good but the service was very bad.The staff and manager behaviour was ridiculous, They even don't know how to behave in front of guest.They charge mineral water price more than airport.

Stayed at the hotel for 4 night....there is bar and party place...every night upto 2-3 pm extremely loud music and DJ were playing...even from our room music and vibration are extremely loud...can't sleep every night...otherwise hotel food and room service are very nice...but hotel management so poor...

This was the first hotel i checked in for my kolkata trip last time around and it will be the last one. The food is awesome, the ambience is great.

The presence of two bars right in front of the reception creates a chaotic environment, especially if you're looking for a peaceful stay. Rooms: The rooms were disappointing, with old and rusty furniture that gave a rundown feel. The condition of the rooms did not match the hotel's portrayal, making the stay uncomfortable. If you expect cleanliness and modern amenities, this hotel might not meet those standards. Noise & Atmosphere: The biggest issue was the noise. The bars in front of the hotel played loud music till 1 am, making it impossible to sleep. This is a major drawback for anyone seeking a restful night's sleep. The atmosphere felt more like a night club than a hotel, which is not ideal for families or anyone looking for peace and quiet. Service: The service was poor from the very start. The receptionist was unprofessional, drinking in front of guests while they were waiting to check in. This behavior set a negative tone for the entire stay. The staff's lack of hospitality and disregard for customer comfort made the experience even worse. Facilities: There was little to praise in terms of amenities. The hotel's infrastructure seemed outdated, and basic expectations of cleanliness and a welcoming environment were not met. Overall Experience: Overall, Hotel Majestic in Old Kolkata failed to provide a decent stay. With its rundown rooms, excessive noise, and unprofessional service, it did not offer the comfort or quality you would expect from even a budget hotel. This experience was far from pleasant, and it’s not a place I would recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Kolkata.

It was decent. I have great stay here. I was glad to book this a hotel. Food was also great and washroom was very clean

Services are not good. Water supply are off when i was half bath. Foods are very high price. Rooms also not cleaned everyday.

This was a pleasant stay to be honest, food and room facilities were excellent while the staff was very cooperative. The best thing about this hotel was its location. One con though, since the rooms are above the bar/disco, it can get loud on weekends.

The stay was great. Their location is the usp. We would easily access major shopping areas. Chandani chowk metro is major icing in the cake.

It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and bar is very good
