great location in a safe neigh
everything was perfect during the stay and food was decent, room and interior was good check- in and check out was smooth.

Wouldn't visit again!
There were dirty bed sheets and pillow covers! The Ac remote was not working, I booked for a different room in the picture the room was totally different and cheap and conjusted... Staff was impatient for the payment... Food was good, however wouldn't recommend for stay whatever shown in the Pictures of the room doesnt even exist there !!!

We sincerely apologize for the experience you had during your stay. The issues mentioned regarding room mismatch, unclean linen, non-functional AC remote, and staff behavior are concerning and certainly not in line with our service standards. While we are glad you found the food satisfactory, we regret that the overall stay did not meet expectations. Please be assured that the concerns have been taken up with the property team, and corrective measures are being implemented to ensure better upkeep and service. The issues highlighted have now been resolved.
