Bad staff
Bad people, they asked me for extra money . bad behaviour by staffs .no soaps and towels were provided. There is a man named Santosh he shouted and asked for extra money . bad food .dirty rooms dirty blankets

Terrible Stay
Very dirty rooms, pillows were dirty, rooms wall were soiled with pan masala spit, had to put towel on pillow n sleep.

Average Stay
Average stay. Rooms are maintained. Hot water available. Drinking water available, parking available. Ac was working fine. It was a little smelling, but worth staying for a few days.

rooms are horable, i booked room just for night stay, with family so i checked in late at night i left hotel within 10 minutes with my family i had very bad night not good for family better sleep in road instead of staying in such place dirty bed dirty toilet & worst part is receipt ins is not bordered i m leaveing with my family at light without sataying worst place

Awesome experience
Hotel subhash is in a nice location in the heart of the city nearby metro station. Mr. Sandeep tiwari greeted me very well and the process and service was awesome. Front office was near and tidy and room was clean. With a budget under 3000 this is the best hotel in jb nagar andheri, i could say.

Worst room, staff irresponsible & rude. After taking order for dinner 1hr later when i enquired they said we are short of material. Anyhow they provided dinner & when we ask for extra roti they denied.

Worst hotel in india
I stayed in subhash hotel for 5 nights and it was the worst it can get. You don’t get a option in break or lunch/dinner because whatever they have left they serve that. I asked them for chicken one day and received a frozen daal because there cook left in afternoon and they only had that left in the friday so they served me that for dinner. I threw the entire food in front of the staff in the garbage. It’s not just the services also because the room condition is worse and i request hereby everyone not to go by the pictures for this one they are edited and the real hotel is shady with pathetic small rooms and not clean too. The worse part is they got bed bugs which makes the entire experience way more pathetic and seriously painful for a person. I didn’t have any choice because the hotel was prepaid for and i went there for work and just wanted to sleep at nights.

Have never stayed in such a pathetic hotel before. The super deluxe room( top category here) doesn't have a phone to ask for any service. In my complimentary breakfast, i get just bread butter. And anything more they just denied. For every kind of help, i had to go to reception and to ask. Never try this kabutarkhana.
