I recently stayed at Hotel Garden in Mumbai during a business trip and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. From check-in to departure, the staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and warmth, ensuring every detail was taken care of.

Said tv but i couldn’t connect it.They didn’t tell us WiFi also.And i got toothpaste and brush after asking many time.I asked for shaving blades but one of staff said sorry they don’t have anymore.I said ok.

If you are just by your own or need an economical stay, just for a night hide, this place is okay. Else you can avoid it. Rooms are clear but very old, electronics are very poorly maintained. Bathrooms are fine and super clean, breakfast is Okok provided in adjacent same group hotel. Though staff is cooperative, attentive and proactive. Just property is old very old. So even staff can’t do anything. They are doing their best by maintaining cleanliness. Rest I suggest only if you have no other economical alternative. In terms of area the locality is nice major food joints are nearby.

Location very good, properties are very clean premises, Saff was so good, understanding and Girish sir so humble so good nature so any body plan to mumbai visit this hotel and stay with us

The hotel was clean and complimentary breakfast was delicious. Further, the hotel upgraded my stay from studio to suite.....which was amazing.❤️

Yes the location of the hotel is good. Deluxe rooms are quite good. But room ACs are not maintained. There was water leakage in one of the windows during rain. Hotel offers the breakfast facility but you have to go to other hotel for the same with coupon. Food ordered in room need to paid immediately and that too in cash which is supposed to done at the time of checking out.

Very good location, Breakfast was of good quality and taste, Rooms we old and some amenities not working properly, but the hygiene was good. Excellent room service.

This is really a heritage building, with a great location! The staff is so cooperative and polite. The breakfast had amazing options and the food was delicious! 😋

The property location is good but not worth rating 3 stars. Room has no signal strength. Rooms are stingy, no ventilation. Bathroom having unfitted commode. Breakfast is pathetic, that is too coupon based , had to visit some other hotel for that. Overall very pathetic experience due to which we check out early 1 day before. No compensation was given for the same. Kindly compensate if you really have sympathy with the frequent traveller using your application for booking. Regards, Saurabh

The hotel was good however - staff was asking money every now and then. I had to pay extra money on top of hotel room price unnecessarily - there was no parking available. I had to park my car in public paid parking overnight which is not safe at all - someone made scratches on my car in the parking as there was no ownership and cover
