Extremely Horrible Experience I had an extremely distressing experience with a hotel I booked. nothing like what was advertised. It was dirty, extremely smelly, and felt completely unsafe. There were only two staff members present, both of whom were chewing tobacco and behaving in an unprofessional and uncordial manner. I didn’t feel comfortable staying there and left immediately, even though I had no alternate arrangements. It took me nearly 3 hours to find another hotel with the help of a taxi driver, as it was my first visit to Mumbai. This whole ordeal caused a lot of unnecessary stress and ruined my trip. This was an extremely horrible experience

Pros: the stay was good, staff was helpful and the location is premium. Cons: 1) the space is too cramped and rooms are extremely small. 2) there is no washbasin in the room. 3) there are plenty of cockroaches inside the room everywhere. 4) there is no exhaust in the room and bathroom. 5) the tv was broken and non-functional. 6) there is a foul smell everywhere inside and around the hotel. 7) there is a lot of noise and disturbances throughout the day. 8) no wifi password was provided. 9) the lock of the room did not feel secure. 10) the price is too high for a room with that kind of size and facilities.

The location is accessible as it is behind the jaguar showroom. My room was tiny with a double bed, bathroom was too tiny and my head was touching the roof. No table or chair, or side table. Airconditioner was working well, the positive one. The room was not smelly, but the luggage cabinet was smelling like liquor. No hanger in the cabinet for clothes, only on the back side of the door there are hooks. The lighting for the room is good. The maximum area is 70 square feet.

I never stayed like this room in my life.Terrible stay. Whole night i never slept because of uncomfortable room, cleaning , cokroach, too much smell in room and bathroom.Also Ac remote not provided.I never book hotel in future

The stay is a good one, rooms are clean, staff behaviour is good.

Small but clean room. Good experience. Service was good. Very good location near visa office. Booked for visa appointments.
