Hotel Suncity Premiere

Problem of entry from gates. Every time they need gate pass. For cab we have to go out then book from outside because of strict zone.

Everything is good except the entry / exit due to SEZ norms but overall with the pricing and locality, good stay

Hotel suncity premier was good to stay. The service and staff was good. Included breakfast was really good! overall good experience. Small succession- should have much better curtains to provide cover for rooms facing roads/in front buildings.

The linen is not clean, there is no hot water, even after complaining they did not able to solve the issue.

Hotel service, people are really good. Food was delicious unfortunately, their quantity of food is for 2- 3 people. 1 person cannot eat at any cost, even if u ask them to reduce, still good for 2. I believe being in a business hub, they should have the option.

1: property is inside seep z campus in midc which is high security zone and entry/exit monitored by forces. 2: because of location, occupancy level is very low. 3: breakfast was bad with no options4: property had maintenance issues, in the mid night electricity switch board in my room had short circuit. 5: not worth considering the price charged

The room was neat and clean. Airtel signal was weak and they immediately changed my room for better signal. friendly staff and Good business stay.

Decent hotel for short business stay. Compact rooms. Hospitality, breakfast spread & service can be worked upon.

The hotel is in a sez zone, lots of formalities for entering and exiting the premises which are quite trouble some. The property is very old, poorly maintained. Lights not working, unclean linens. Staff is good and cooperative but facilities are not worth what they charge atall. Don’t even opt for breakfast not worth

Hotel suncity - rooms are not much as expected and cleanliness is not upto mark.

The room allotted to me was not good with alot of things requiring maintenance. For a brand this was not acceptable. All rooms need to be similar and of a standard.

Location is within seep z so an industrial area. Need a pass to go in and come out of the area each time. Hotel was not clean. Had issue with mini-fridge and hot water for a bath. Rooms are small and furniture is old. The staff at reception was very rude. Food was not bad. Can get a much better hotel at this price.

Property is situated within seep z with gatepass required to access the road. However the staff of tye hotel was very courteous and arranged for a pass well in advance. Location is decent for business travelers. Food is nice and not so heavy on your pocket too.

Stay was pathetic, room was not as shown at site, sticky floor, smell, toilet was not cleaned, wash basin tap was broken, fan regulator was not working, entry to the hotel took me 30 minutes, gate pass issue, my gifted wine bottle could not entered to the hotel due to the gate security, this room not even worth which really pinching me. I am sending you the photos too for this room it was very small

Do not stay at this hotel. It's broken inside and not maintained well. There was mould in the bathroom. The window curtain and bed frame were broken. Pillows were dirty.

Good food, excellent service nice facilities
