Extremely pathetic experience. The staff was not at all supportive or helpful on top of it extremely rude. Manjit at the reception was asked for a walkin reservation which he denied as my phone was dead, asked for a charger which again he denied, for a minute mistake in the register he became extremely arrogant. Never visiting again.

Food was good, but the mats in the dining was not clean. Also the pillow covers and bed spreads were smelling. It seemed that they were not new

My recent stay at the hotel was disappointing. The front office staff were unprofessional and rude, making the check-in experience unpleasant. The room had several issues — a broken TV, AC leakage, and missing basic amenities like towels and water bottles, which we had to request separately. After complaining, we were moved to a better room. Housekeeping staff were also impolite, and the food quality did not justify the high prices. To top it off, the telephone in the room was already broken, but at check-out, we were wrongly blamed for the damage. Overall, a poor experience and not recommended.

I had a very bad experience. Rainwater entered into the room and made the floor very Slippy. They used towels on the floor to control the water. there was bad smell inside the room and walls were dirty. I requested the hotel manager for a change but there was nothing

The rooms were decently sized, all points are for the same. Rest everything is a disappointment, firstly they charge you Rs50+ gst on asking for plates & spoons. 2nd the pillows had water/urine marks/fungus, the washrooms were not cleaned properly & were pretty small. The food kind of gave us food poisoning.

Fire got caught in the night in the hotel, we spent the entire night on road in the rains. Also for the past 2 days water was coming from the Ac continuously. Such a horrible and bad experience.
