The interiors are vintage and beautiful, the room is quite spacious. But the service is extremely poor. Its not exactly a hotel, it’s just an old 4 storey building converted into a hotel (with only 2 floors as the hotel and the other two floors are residential). There is no proper room service, the staff is decent but they’re old school/ unprofessional. I had to ask them to provide the basics like toothpaste, toilet roll, napkin, etc. which should’ve been in place already. When asked to provide water, they asked me to access their kitchen and fill it up myself. Again, they aren’t exactly rude, they just lack the modern hospitality etiquettes which is a huge con. The experience felt more like a lodge/hostel where it’s mostly self service. It is not at all a hotel. The pros are that the area ia very beautiful, very quite, peaceful, filled with trees all around. And the rooms are huge. Its just a vintage mansion with poor service. Not at all worth the price!
