Hospitality was warm and genuine, making us feel at home. Centrally located, with easy access to public transport. Very tidy room with comfortable furniture and great lighting. The bathroom had excellent lighting and was well-ventilated.

Worst Hotel. I saw review of this hotel (FabHotel RS Gera Nehru Place) in Google and both. Google has bad reviews while has excellent, 8.5 rating. I wondered google reviews can be by anyone random, but can't be. I was wrong. I shoudl have trusted the revies on google. Check the picture and you will know the reality. The staff is high unprofessional and very unhygienic enviornemnt,. Food, bottles, garbage lying on floor just right outside the room, fungus on ceiing, bedsheets not cleaned, mineral bottle seal broken (possible refilled). They offered me to shift another it was even more horrible. There was no table-chair in the room as you see the booking pictures. Staff dont assist you to the room, they say room is open, then you come again down asking for keys and everything else you need as there is no intercom. I went to the hotel around 6PM, found no TV, shower leaking, no cleaning done etc. I cam down and asked them to fix it and I will be back soon. I came back at 9PM no changes, I had to come down again to compain. Finally I logged a complaint to which I booked this hotel and then moved to another hotel next door while I had paid for 4 nights here.

very bad experience of this hotel.room was not cleaned and mopped.....toilet was not cleaned,smell was coming..... bedsheet,pillow cover was not washed....they provided me used bedsheet and pillow cover..... overall disgusting experience.....hotel don't deserve even a single star out of 10

It was a nice stay with fab rs gera, especially thanks to the staff very cooperative, nest&cleaned room. The food was delicious. Visit again n again. Recommended

I was gone with my husband and kid. Very bad experience with this hotel Gera. Unhigen property Rooms was stinking and not clean, bed sheets was not clean, ac not working properly, un professional staff, overall horrible experience😡 Very disappointed.!!.
