Best service apartment near siliguri city.
The property is at the center of the city and you can access all the popular places around it. He host mr. Rajkumar is a very nice host i have come across in siliguri. The property has all the amenities required for a short or long stay. I would recommend this property for folks looking to get a standard service apartment feel at siliguri. The price of the property is genuine and it beats most of the standard hotels near siliguri area. For sure i will be visiting again.

Clean, hygienic and friendly
This was one of the most fine stays i had. The owner was very friendly and helped navigate to the location guiding over phone and fast checking in with no issues the room was very clean and spacious. I would recommend others reading my review to choose this without any second thoughts.

Good & Very Clean property.
coupleThe Flat is very clean and hygenic with waste baskets & clean toilets. Located in Pradhan nagar very close to Siliguri bus stand and provides easy enroute to the hills. Host is very warm and caring. Request to host - If possible Pls keep some disposable cutlery.

Abandoned property
It was a terrible experience over there in the property. The room was very dirty, so does bed and couch. Found two strange locked room. No ac arrangements, cooler was not working, fan was giving up, overall a negative vibe. I left the room as soon as i entered. There was no caretaker to clear the dust of the floor or the dirty bed sheet. I decided not to check in the property and left. The property owner 's wife confirmed the cancellation. Strangest part the property owner is not at all aware of the condition of the room and they were asking for 2/3 hours to do the needful. Even i went there before time against extra money but left the room without checking in

This was completely out of our hands and does not correspond with our reign. I assume you are just frustrated with the entire procedure, your inability to evaluate it and contact assistance in a responsible way.Regarding the odd two rooms, you must realise that this is a 3BKH and we choose to give only one for service , remaining two are locked . I don't know what's strange about it.According to the standards specified online , AC has never been committed.Cooler and fans are new and in full functioning order . Every month, it undergoes a maintenance check.The house exudes a distinctly positive vibe .It has been attested to by every former guest, and the reviews bear this out as well.Every day at 2 PM, we have a cleaning crew scheduled to come to the room. Additionally, the room is maintained in excellent condition before to the arrival of the guest as part of the checklist.We make it a point that the room is intensely cleaned after every stay along with linen changes . Most of the customers are repeat customers , their confidence is based on the quality of room around sanitation /well-being / great location .The idea of housing flats is typically illustrated by the fact that you do not require a recipient, It is self-driven. Having said that, our security staff did assist you and the other visitors to the room during the visit.You took undue advantage of entering the room and creating a chaos. Still we were generous enough to accept your early check-in request / cancellation without a single clause/question asked .

The place is quite spacious and clean. You get all the necessary amenities to go with it and the host makes sure that you have all your questions answered.
