Not a satisfactory stay. The washroom was in very poor condition — drainage was slow, no wiper provided, and water took nearly 30 minutes to clear. The staff wasn’t courteous, and even the reception doors weren’t marked properly (pull/push), which can cause accidents. The hotel structure is confusing too, as two properties are merged — the lift access is complicated and inconvenient. Honestly, couldn’t find anything positive to mention about the stay.
