Shiv Ganga Hotel

They dont respect their customers we simply asked them to hold our luggage for 30-40min but they were too rude and said no. It was not a big deal for them to hold two bags for 30min but i dont know why they were behaving like that overall room was fine. I booked with free breakfast but they said it is not included and it happened due to some error on makemytrip. I dont have any issues with room or this breakfast thing, but seriously you cant even look for two bags for 30-40 mins

It was very nice.Staff were very supporting & property was neat & clearn.Rooms was good .Excellent experience 👍

Pleasant n very good hospitality. Owner, Mr. Vikram Bhardwaj was very receptive and guided us a lot for site seeing at Rishikesh. He was also flexible enough to extend our check out time without charging any extra penny. I will always recommend and prefer to stay at this Hotel whenever visits Rishikesh.

I will not suggest to take room there. To anyone. No drinking water provided, no food service of their own we have ordered from outside. Bad room condition I would say pathetic and blanket given to us was terribly smelling.

Rooms are fine, cleaned and the room service is also good. Location is good. It is near to Laxshman jhula. It is near to market. Rooms are available for family also. I had an awesome experience. Rather than food rest, all the service are value for money. I would like to suggest the people stay in this hotel if they go to Rishikesh especially for Laxshman Jhula because it is nearby it.

Almost good hotel value for money location is average staff is also average. Is almost tasty but expensive from outside only taste is room service boy is behaving like but overall every thing is good.

It was ok and not too great. It's budget hotel but no proper room service. It was near to Laxman Jhula road and the market nearby. Overall location is good. But service is poor, hygiene is ok and bed sheets are not clean.

Room was clean and spacy. Location is also good. Polite staff. Overall, every thing was fine and was a good budget hotel. Washroom was clean and hot water facility was awesome, good stay with value of money..

I really enjoyed staying at the hotel also the aura was good... I would recommend other to visit this hotel.. Also I liked the way the staff where dealing with us... The stay was complete value for money and I did not faced any kind of great issue would surely come up next time.

Rooms and service are pathetic and the owner doesn't know how to deal with the customer they treat you like you are his servant. Pathetic worst experience ever. Even if you are not getting rooms in Risikesh then Cancel your trip but don't ever book this pathetic hotel.

It was the worst experience booked the hotel through Makemytrip and the hotel owner didn't allowed us to stay because they don't have any tie up with Makemytrip. And we have to suffer because of this issue. They make us wait for 4 hr before they a lot us another room to any other nearby hotel. And the room that they provided after all the mess.. Was the worstest room. It's was such a bad experience.
