Pros- Good Location, Food service to room. Cons- No Lift( difficulty for patient), No proper WI-FI.

spacious rooms and tidy rooms. the staffs are available all the time to cater all the needs. overall nice experience.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Diamond Guest House. Recommend to fellow travelers. It is very near to CMRI Hospital, Kolkata.

The staff was not attentive.

Location was near liquor shop. Room was small and dirty. Washroom was dirty and unhygienic. Staff was okay.

Hotel staff arguing for extra money for child. First time I face this type of hotelier. They are so poor hearted.

This hotel is suitable for a few night stays and that is also with attached bathroom.

The hotel staff and the manager is very cooperative and possessing good behaviour to outside visitors.

The hotel staff was and experienced and behaving in a bad manner they have very unhygienic washroom it was smelling very bad and the staff behaviour was rude like they are the king or something I will not suggest you to book.

I'm not happy about room service. Room is small.
