I stayed at this hotel with my one-year-old baby, and believe me, the experience was absolutely wonderful. What touched me the most was how they offered complimentary food for my baby every single time – without even asking. That kind of thoughtful hospitality is rare to find! The staff was incredibly polite, helpful, and attentive. The rooms were spotless, and the service was top-class throughout our stay. They made sure we were comfortable in every possible way, and treated us more like family than guests. If you’re traveling with a baby or small kids, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s not just family-friendly – it’s family-caring. I’d definitely love to come back again. Thank you for making our stay so special!

Location was excellent .. food was sub standard with absolutely no clue of authenticity and method of preparation .

The hotel is located close to MG road. The rooms are quite nice and spacious. Breakfast spread is decent. It also has a casino inside. Due to rains , the swimming pool was closed which was a disappointment. The spa and sauna is under renovation too. Ideally these things should be informed prior. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

It was a very nice experience staying at Denzong. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious. Would highly recommend it if you are planning for a family stay at Gangtok.

Propertys food location and facilities are good but the play of commision for providing taxi cab from the hoteal staff without any invoice

Denzong Regency offers a great stay with clean, well-maintained rooms that match the advertised photos, a beautiful balcony view, and a convenient location. The staff is courteous and helpful. However, the dining experience falls short—the buffet food is average, with repetitive desserts, limited fruit options, overcooked pasta, and subpar vegetables. To enjoy better meals, skip the buffet and try the à la carte options instead. The hotel would benefit from hiring a more skilled chef to improve its food quality.

Stayed in two Heritage Deluxe rooms for 4 nights/5 days. Big thanks to MakeMyTrip for giving us a great package! The hotel is in a prime location, very close to M.G. Market. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. Dinner (à la carte, not part of the package) was a bit disappointing – food and service need improvement. Housekeeping was excellent and the staff was very polite and helpful. Some amenities like the gym and spa were not functional due to renovation. Overall, a pleasant stay – with a few tweaks, it could be even better. Keep it up!

The hotel's location was excellent, and my stay was very comfortable. The room was neat and clean. From the reception to the dining area, the staff, including housekeeping, were well-trained, polite, and had a positive attitude. The quality of the food was good, with a great variety available. I am sure that if I or my family and friends visit again, I will recommend this hotel to them.

Location- 5/5 It is near raj bhavan forest colony at a premium location Cleanliness and hygiene- 5/5 Staff- 4/5 Property is picturesque and well maintained.. Staff is courteous and welcoming. Rooms are spacy neat and well designed.. Gives you a premium feel with a great mountain view. We had room on the 3rd floor hence the view was really great. Swimming pool is also available but without option for heated water... Food- 2.5/5 Service was prompt but food taste was not upto the mark... Have good options in buffet but variety and taste was missing... Can do a lot better

Stunning property. Large well done up room with a balcony with beautiful views of the Kanchenjunga . Excellent service by the entire staff . Great food. Will stay there again for sure

Very nice comfortable room with an amazing view of the MT. Kanchenjunga peak from the balcony. That's a scene you can see the first thing you wake up! The staff was super helpful, friendly and kind. All of them made sure that our toddler had the food she wanted.
