The location of the resort is near to Beach but not visible might be 10-15mins walkable distance but close to main road. The rooms were good but the bathroom handle was broken, TV wasn’t running (TATA Sky not recharged), lights were not proper, welcome drink (included in my booking) wasn’t provided, breakfast isn’t that good. Pool facility is available but not cleaned properly. over charged hotel. I would consider staying at different hotel rather than this.

Dissatisfaction on hotel room booking through MM
location is very difficult to trace Amenities and services are worse than worst. Staff at reception are not cordial. their behaviour is very cunning. Timing of breakfast and tea does not suit to us i.e no tea before 7 .30 AM and no breakfast before 9 A M. We had to skip breakfast although we have paid for this. Surrounding Atmosphere is not suitable for family as there is a smell of Liquor and cigarette since evening 7.30PM. Room is giving a bad smell. Landline Telephone dialing to reception is unserviceable.I had booking of a room for three guests but we are made to get accommodated in a room meant for two guests' accomodation, although I have paid the amount at the time of booking i.e almost extra of half of the room rent.Only, a mattress was provided that to thre was no sufficient space for this. Staff at reception counter gives an silly excuse that money is paid to MMT not to them.

unsafe, disgusting nothing like shown in the photos = a total scam
very disappointing experience. The owner was rude, there was no parking available, and the rooms were in poor condition with broken interiors. The place looks nothing like the pictures . the entrance is broken will share pics. It feels more like staying in a shady, rundown motel than a proper hotel. The atmosphere is sketchy and uncomfortable—definitely not a place you'd feel safe or relaxed in.

worst experience
Property location is ok, food is worst. After eating lunch and dinner my stomach got upset and my day got wasted. I had booked luxury room with jacuzzi but I found room was normal, sofas were very low quality, jacuzzi which was provided in the room was not getting hot also the jacuzzi sound was terrible. Toilet was not cleaned. Bathroom water was dirty. Also frequently there was power failure in the room. The restaurant was not properly cleaned

Poor Stay
Jacuzzi was not working at first and had leakage. First two days wasted due to this and once it was fixed got to know it wasn't cleaned after last use. Lots of dirt and petals came out of pumps.

pros: location was good, staffs were very helpful.food was good cons- room quality was not good as there were many patcheson the room, room was smelling, TV sound was not good. there were no amenties other than very small Swiming pool. I think it's costly to stay here with the given room quality and amenties
