It was really a great experience there. Also the staff was really helpful and friendly. I was so impressed by the entire experience this stay.

The breakfast was amazing but I feel the most beautiful thing about this hotel is its staff. I've very rarely seen such an amazing staff even with other 3-star properties. I feel the main attraction of this hotel is its superb staff.. every single staff member is just above and beyond... The housekeeping staff were lovely — they even made a cute little towel bunny for me! The surroundings were quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was quite good and varied, with both traditional Indian dishes for guests to experience and Western-style options to choose from. The staff were very helpful and attentive whenever I needed assistance.

Merits -- 1. Stay was nice . 2. Overall maintenance was good. 3. Garden view is good. Improvisation required - 1. Reception person should always be available at reception. 2. Room intercom are interconnected which needs to be checked. 3. Staff needs to be in single dress which maintains professionalism.

Location of hotel was a bit far from Dal lake,its not at walking distance from dal lake however located in main city,rooms were clean and spacious,service was prompt.Overall good stay

Not worth the money. But yea.. itws peaceful. Staff was polite and helpful. Nothing as per the hotel description tho.. Jaccuzi wacuzi dek k if you're booking the hotel. To forget it. There's Nothing as such. No Library. No newspapers or any indoor or outdoor activities as such.. Wifi sucks. No separate wifi for the rooms. Whole hotel is living on one Wifi. Can't really recommend to my friends for this much money.

We stayed in hotel de elaaf for 5 nights and had a delightful experience. The location of this hotel is in a prime residential area & away from the busy market area. The rooms are spacious, clean, well maintained, provided with necessary amenities. The staff is polite, courteous and ever ready to help. Ample and tasty food options in breakfast and dinner buffet. Would recommend hotel de elaaf to anyone traveling to srinagar, you will definitely enjoy your stay.

Everything about the hotel was very good.The location, the ambience, the staff. We had a very comfortable stay in De Elaaf during our trip to Kashmir.Fahad, who welcomed us in the hotel was very helpful, arranged a cab with an excellent driver for our entire trip. He also guided us in planning our visits to the different places. We had booked 2 king rooms with garden view, the rooms were spacious with a nice view of the garden. Hot water was available 24x7. The food was very good and tasted like home cooked food.All the staff were very nice & helpful.Special mention to be made for Azhar, who made us feel safe and secure all the time we were at the hotel, which made us feel homely. Thank you Azhar. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Srinagar.Will surely stay here again on my next visit. Thank you everyone at De Elaaf for making our stay in Srinagar a very memorable one.

The hospitality was great, the food, rooms, the live music everything was top notch. To be honest we being vegetarian enjoyed the food only at De Elaaf in full trip of Kashmir. Everything they made was very tasty from breakfast to lunch and dinner. Also the Manager, the staff at restaurant, the front desk staff, the room service everything was great, no words to express.....how enjoyable and pleasant our stay was... We enjoyed Kashmir only because of De Elaaf and their staff who made us feel at home at every stage. Thank you once again De Elaaf Team 🤝

Newly constructed property. Good ambience & located at prime location of Rajbagh. Rooms were spacious & clean. Dinner taste was avg bt breakfast was good in taste. Overall good experience.

I stayed here for 1 night. I had Dinner & Breakfast included in my Package. When I went for dinne @ 8.45pm, they cooked for us. I asked them to serve more food bcz it wasn’t enough for 2 persons. I waited for food for long & asked them again to serve more Food. Finally I got answer that we don’t have more Food to Serve you bcz we had Owner’s Friend came in Hotel tonight so we arranged dinner at 7.30pm. I told them nobody informed me about the early dinner & they can’t change the Dinner time for Owner’s Friend. I paid 9600 Rupees for my stayed for better service & experience but I got highly disappointed & Insulted. We pay premium amount for Good Experience not hear “ ITNA FOOD KAFI HAIN”.

Good and clean room. 24x7 hot water and a heated room. Food was limited as the kitchen had newly opened up, but the staff was cooperative enough and allowed food to be ordered from outside. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful during our stay.

We had Pleasant stay! Rooms were with all amenities with heated air conditioning. Washrooms were clean and hotel premises felt little away from people’s rush.Receptionist & servicemen were friendly.

The stay is very nice and in the city. Clean and luxury while did not get the view i expected from the room.
