Review Of Coorg Heights Resort

Should have a good restaurant as it's outside the town. The one they have looks like a small canteen. Also there should have been a good approach road for new drivers which is not mentioned anywhere, the one they have is very steep & inclined.

We got the best room facing the landscape, the hills...The complimentary breakfast was so good, unlike other stays.

It was an excellent place to stay and relax with adventurous experience . The chef was so humble and prepared the food according to our style as we requested .

Beyond 4 walls and other amenities, what makes a property memorable and pleasant are service, food and people. Coorg Heights has all of these. The staff are extremely kind, humble and approachable. My favourite was the food, this property is blessed with a great Chef who makes amazing food. I loved the thick and creamy chicken curry and rice. We had an amazing time staying here.

excellent location, but please do not book dinner while booking hotel because they made this as MAP or MVP means you will get only limited things in dinner not all. except this hotel is extremely good

We had a fantastic stay! The property is in a great location with beautiful mountain views and is close to Madikeri, making sightseeing easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the mountain-view rooms were especially stunning. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The property was good but not clean. The breakfast menu was very limited. The TV in our room was not working. Overall it was an average stay

I stayed here for 3 night. and visited during mansoon season. The weather was very good so, the view from resort was very nice. Rooms were good and clean. The resort service was good. Wifi signal strength was very weak also no channel was subscribed of dish TV. Food was good and fresh. only a bad thing I found is they are using ready to cook fulka.

Beautiful Mountain and Valley View Overall it's a Very Good Place to stay. Mountain View from Room No. 404 and 403 is Awesome. Property well maintained. Complimentary Breakfast is also Good. The Way to the Reception is top steep and our driver struggled a bit. But the Property Reception person helped us with his vehicle and even helped in carrying our luggage to our room. poor cleaning food is not good parking is big issue price is not justified as per property more comfortable property are easily available

It was good to stay in Heights Resort. The Staff was really caring and good. The resort is situated in good place with a beautiful view.

Location was good, Room was spacious but not clean and tidy. Bedsheet and bath towel was ok. Staff behaviour was good. Food was ok, but kitchen was dirty. Overall it was good experience.

this property is on the Madikeri virajpet highway, on a hill. rooms are quite spacious and all rooms overlook the valley. the approach road from the highway to the hotel is steep and narrow. but the staff is very helpful. since we were not comfortable to drive up the car, they got their own car to pick up our luggage and passengers. the resort has a restaurant and the food is really good. the staff and the service is very prompt. when the night we stayed was very rainy and foggy so we could not explore much. In the MMT voucher, 15% discount for food and beverages was promised, but at the time of checkout the hotel denied it saying that they had communicated to MMT that it was valid only for more than ₹2000. I engaged,MMT customer service team and after some discussion, MMT agreed to give me a future voucher as a compensation.

The rooms were dirty. The sofa chairs were broken. The bathroom seat was broken, and the room was smelly. Also, they upgrade our room, but that that too was also very Smelly And its location is very steep, too dangerous

we booked a garden view room The image that was shown while booking the room is not of garden view. The bed was also not comfortable. The upward distance of the room from the main road was too steep. only postive thing I found were the staff they were very helpfu

Hill view room was a scenic experience. Good location.Had a Pleasant stay. Food was also good.

Room was good but services are very slow. They didn’t even provide a good water kettle even asking 2 times. Kettle was rusty. Took more than 30mins to get a room ready. Food was good. Only thing good was balcony hill.

Staff were so friendly and the stay was excellent. Much appreciated for their food as well. Will recommend to stay here.

To explain in one word, it was superb 👌 Each and everything was excellent. specially the Quality of foods it offers..it was too good and healthy
