    Terrible Stay

    AC was not working. Had reserved 3 rooms but given only 2.

    Poor Stay

    We booked 3 rooms. The hotel is inside the street. Rooms hadn't been cleaned properly. Strain on pillow cover & bedsheets. They assigned us a room but from one room, the smell came from the toilet then they said, yes we forgot that there is a problem in this room toilet waste pipe. When we told them they said "you have to take room on the next floor" even they had rooms available on the same floor! such a poor hotel & staff. If you take a water bottle from them, they will charge an extra amount from their menu mentioned price. I recommend you to book another hotel.
