worst service n not neat n clean,food also not available u have to walk for (2km )for lunch breakfast n dinner it's means 4km thrice a day. staff is very rude, Before checkout forced u for checkout n asked manytimes n knock your door. Only one staff is handling entire rooms it's not a hotel it's a poor Dharamshala really terrible experience n washroom are smelling everytime. 1st n 2nd floor they given in rent .only 4 rooms total here. very bad experience I never recommend anybody

I traveled for shree vaishno devi dharshan with my family. Stayed with hotel green view. Room was not cleaned. Toilet and bathroom was dirty. Rooms doors are not in good condition. Only good thing was hotel attendant was very polite and humble. He listened us well and guide us for the mata devi darshan as well.
