This hotel is the worst hotel in my 60 yrs of age. The staff was totally not helpful. Lift is not working. The rooms are very small they are showing dibble bedroom but providing single bed. With a single blanket. Which is also very bad. Nothing in the bathroom no soap. No towel. No hot water. And worst bathroom. No intercom facility. No drinking water facility to the room. If you want water i was staying on 3rd floor and i have to went down from stairs and bought the water bottle. No cleaning on the second day stay. Even no help from the staff while checkout. Now the most important news they are charging 400- extra for 1day compulsory. It means charging 1200 per night and 400 are charged by the hotel. And in ac room. Ac is not working properly. They talk so rudely with all the guest which is not allowed. Also they are not providing any bill so that we can't take any legal acction, i complaint in mm t to mr aman. He help me lot. But the experience was worst in the hotel.

Don't ever book this place and waste your money. Once the booking is done and you reach the hotel they will say the booking is not valid and ask you to pay more. The staff are some goons hired to extort money. If there is an option for negative star i'd have definitely given that. Don't waste your hard earned money here and for this hotel if you want to loot people better you consider other avenues. Pathetic and miserable experience. Please remove this hotel from makemytrip
